12’x12’ Stall w/ Attached Run
Our beautiful barn features 4 indoor 12’x12’ matted stalls. Each of these stalls has an attached 50’ mud free gravel run. Twelve feet of the outdoor space is covered providing a total of 288 square feet of covered space to block your horse from the rain and snow. Tall panel fencing divides the runs with a hot wire to discourage aggressive interactions with stall neighbors. The end of the run has a convenient exit gate leading to a large mud free pasture turnout. Each stall door features a blanket bar and a hay door for easy feeding as well as dutch doors on the exterior.
Stall fronts have a blanket bar and storage box.
Our stalls are fully matted with hay feeders, water buckets and a mineral hanger.
A Dutch style door opens to the 54’ gravel, partially covered run.
12’x20’ Indoor Stall
We feature one 12’x20’ foaling stall. Fully matted and large enough for a pregnant mare, mare and foal, larger horse or for a horse that requires stall rest, this stall is the main suite of the barn.
Spacious Pastures
Pasture turnout may be available for horses living in the barn. We believe the more time horses have outside, the better. We do allow for individual turnout depending on pasture availability and pasture health.
Heated Wash Rack
Warm water flows from an overhead boom to help you get your horse squeaky clean. Convenient lights inside the wash rack help increase visibility to doctor injuries or treat wounds. Breakaway cross ties offer a safe option to keep your horse secure while grooming. Overhead infrared heat keeps you and your horse comfortable during those cold months.
Heated Tack Room
With radiant floor heat and a large window for extra light, this tack room has large custom tack lockers with a sturdy saddle rack, two blanket racks and two bridle/halter racks. Each locker has two vents to ensure airflow so your sweaty tack dries fully after a long ride. With a removable shelf for grooming supplies, or other tack, the lockers can easily store a large western saddle and two pads with room to spare. For added security, a lock can be added to the door.
Additional Tack Storage
Each stall includes a large tack box in the barn aisle. With adequate storage for extra blankets, grooming supplies, grain and supplements, all of your essentials are right where you need them to be.
Security
While the owners live on site, a high tech camera system keeps the barn secure. A newly added automatic gate has now been installed making the entire property fully fenced. Boarders are given a remote for the gate as well as a security code to share professional horse contacts (ie. farrier, vet).
Trailer Parking
Whether you want your trailer on hand for storing additional tack and supplies, or you’re ready to head to the nearby trails or indoor arena’s, we offer easily accessible trailer parking.
Round Pen
Enjoy a 60’ round pen for riding, lunging or training. With layered gravel and arena sand for necessary drainage, this round pen is usable year round.
Natural Trail Obstacles
With three acres of natural wooded area on the property with cut trails, there are semi permanent trail obstacles set up for your use. Whether you are schooling a young horse for future adventures on the trail, practicing for a trail competition, or letting your arena horse reset their mind, this is an excellent space for you to spend some time with your horse.
Boarder Amenities
Your horse is important to us, but you are too! Boarders can enjoy access to a stocked mini fridge, snacks and hot keurig coffee right in the barn. We also have an exceptionally clean port-a-potty on the property for you and your guests.
Outdoor Arena : Under Construction
The 100’x200’ outdoor arena is currently under construction. The area is available for riding currently. Footing will likely be added Summer of 2025, but as of now, we invite boarders to use the area as an arena.
